School is out and there are three long months of summer. If you’re still not sure what to do with the kids-have no fear! Here is a list of arts worthy, unique summer camps around the valley!
Studio One’s Summerlin Dance Academy
Classes begin in June (multiple dates)

Learn the basics of sewing and fashion design at the Stitch Factory. Students can show off their new skills by creating a pillow, tote bag, and pajama pants.
Art Classes for Kids

Enjoy the Fine Arts of drawing, painting and sculpting in an enthusiastic environment for kids 5-12 years in age. With the fundamentals each young artist will learn throughout the week, they will have the opportunity to produce numerous works of art which they’ll get to present in an Art Show at the end of their final day of camp.

Sin City Opera

The Mesquite Fine Arts Center presents Clay Art 4 Fun! Offered by the Virgin Valley Artists Association, these 2-day workshops allow students to create a variety of sculptures. From an owl bank to wind chimes, students can stay busy and get their hands dirty all in the name of creativity!

Girls Rock Vegas
Summer band camp!

Girls ages 9-17 participate in summer camp and in-school programs that bring girls together in bands, placing guitars, basses, drums and microphones in their hands, helping them to compose and perform original songs.
